A few key reminders:

Symposium Day (April 17th):

-      Registration opens at 7:00am until 7:45 – tea and coffee will be available

-      Opening session will start at 8:00am sharp

-      Registration and all events will be held at Rwenzori Hall – look for signs and guides to assist you.

-      Evening cocktail reception at 4:30pm following closing remarks.

For those registered for April 18th Field Excursion:

-      Acacia hotel guests depart at 7:00am sharp.

-      All other guests assemble at Las Vegas hotel lobby at 7:20am.

-      Expected return by approximately 4pm.
